New Miele Dynamic U1 Cat and Dog Upright Vacuum Review

A good pet vacuum can make all the difference and the New Miele Dynamic U1 Cat and Dog Upright Vacuum is just the kind that you need.  The majority of people go through many cheap vacuum cleaners in their lifetime, however, only a few of those vacuum cleaners are really efficient. Miele vacuum cleaners are expensive, but surely are one of the best you can find for cleaning pet hair and carpets effectively. So let’s take a look at this German Made upright pet vacuum.

Design

The New Miele Dynamic U1 Cat & Dog Upright vacuum isn’t just limited for removing pet hair, but also efficient in cleaning carpeted areas. With its unique electro brush, the vacuum follows the contours of the surface and will automatically adjusts to accommodate various carpet depths, ensuring no dust or dirt and pet hair is left behind.

Another design feature of Miele’s AirClean Sealed System include the AirClean Filter and the AirClean FilterBag. This unique filtration system captures virtually all of dust and any pet allergens. You can also adjust the power suction of the vacuum with its rotary dial that offers four power settings to choose from. The Miele vacuum also comes with lots of accessories including crevice nozzle, dusting brush and an upholstery tool, making sure you have the right set of tools for your cleaning chores.

Usability

The Dynamic U1 is a very user-friendly vacuum. The only downside would be its weight. At 21 pounds, it is a bit on the heavier side. However, it’s not uncomfortably heavy and is definitely easy to use and worth it. It’s easy to handle and move around. One of the great features that improved its usability is the ability to go flat on the floor which allows you to manoeuvre it around furniture and the slim line design makes it possible to reach when cleaning under bed, couches, cabinets and more.

Another particularly useful function of this vacuum is the rotary dial power selector. You’re not going to need to use the same power setting on a reasonably clean hard floor as you are when you are vacuuming a dirty carpet! So you can adjust to the right power suction needed. The vacuum also has a long operating radius of 54-feet which makes it more convenient to use. The Dynamic U1 is designed to be able to reach tricky areas. You won’t have to move furniture because you can make the vacuum flat and go under it!

Verdict

Overall we’d say the Dynamic U1 is a perfect vacuum for pet owners and with large carpeted areas at home. It simply gets the work done! This, coupled with its ease of use and versatility, makes it excellent value for money. The main downsides are the heavier weight and the fact that German engineering comes with a higher price Tag.
