Design
The Hoover Air Steerable Upright Vacuum is an all in one upright cleaning tool, so the base, the dust chamber and the handle are all built into one. The handle cannot be separated from the base, however it is so lightweight and maneuverable that this would not be an issue.

Verdict
There are quite a few bagless upright vacuum cleaners appearing on the market, and the Hoover Hoover WindTunnel Air Steerable Bagless Upright Vacuum is definitely one of the better ones, especially when using it to vacuum carpets. It has great suction and filtration incorporated into this quality, yet affordable vacuum cleaner.
